Policy summary

Policy Cover

  • The policy can be purchased by private individuals, schools and LAs

  • £125 per year per Radio Aid System (comprising 1 transmitter and 2 receivers)

  • Covers Accidental Damage/Loss/Theft

  • Any manufacturer, model or age of device

  • All receiver technologies are covered

  • Any age of child

  • Automatically covers any replacement or upgrade

  • 30 day worldwide cover for holidays

  • Exclusions (please see ‘Policy Wording’)​

  • Underwritten by the Salvation Army General Insurance Corporation

Claims Process

  • Annual policy with private individual, school or LA

  • Replacement shipped from supplier direct to home, school or LA, according to the policy holder's specific circumstances and needs.

  • No need for you to claim and order replacement

  • We aim to process a completed claim within 1 working day

  • No policy excess in the event of claim

  • No increase in premium in the event of claim

and underwritten by the Salvation Army General Insurance Corporation Limited.
